						Dear Chad and Employees: Thank you all very much for the wonderful service from the secretary to the wokers in the shop. When we got to the shop on Friday evening our trailer was running and the ac was on inside the living quarters waiting for us to take our grand tour. Chad was nice enough to let us spend the night on the grounds and try our new trailer out. Saturday morning he met with us to correct any minor problems that may have arose. Brooks came in on Saturday morning and proceeded to make the necessary adjustments to the tailer in a very professional manner with a smile on his face. Chad assisted him in every way. We truly appreciated the courteous way that they treated us and we love the top quality and craftsmanship of the trailer itself. I will highly recommend Southwestern Conversion to all my friends and neighbors in the rodeo world. You always come up with different designs and ways to make them look better. Your ideas and designs will always sell your trailers. Keep up the good work.
